1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 4777sx website, mobile interface, or any service offered under the 4777sx brand, you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the 4777sx platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the 4777sx platform and close any registered account.

4777sx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with 4777sx, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not currently be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by 4777sx or any third-party gambling operator;
• Provide accurate, complete and current registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number;
• Maintain only one (1) active 4777sx account at any time. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

4777sx reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, 4777sx requires all players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents accepted include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. 4777sx may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at its discretion.

Where 4777sx has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of identity, or any other breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to freeze account access and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have provided false identity information will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4777sx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet transactions. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances and will be returned where practicably possible.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 4777sx targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to four (4) business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and one (1) to two (2) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status and applicable payment method processing times. 4777sx reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

Winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 4777sx may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

4777sx expressly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; structured wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements while minimising actual risk; and collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where 4777sx determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s).

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 4777sx platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed at the time of play. In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or any other system error during an active game or bet, 4777sx will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly using available server logs and game history records. The decision of 4777sx regarding disputed outcomes shall be final.

4777sx reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the outcome was affected by match-fixing or any form of sporting corruption; (b) the bet was placed in bad faith or with inside information; (c) a technical or pricing error occurred that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters. Players are reminded that cricket betting, PSL markets, T20 International fixtures, and all other sports markets at 4777sx are offered for entertainment purposes and do not constitute any form of investment advice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 4777sx platform:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion between players at live dealer tables or in any other multiplayer context;
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false KYC documentation, or misrepresentation of identity;
• Money laundering or use of the 4777sx platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such access is expressly prohibited;
• Any activity that disrupts or impairs the operation of the 4777sx platform or servers.

Confirmed engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

4777sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following tools via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days); and permanent or temporary self-exclusion. Players may activate any of these tools at any time without restriction.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of 4777sx content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, network outages, or events outside the reasonable control of 4777sx. The total aggregate liability of 4777sx to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 4777sx's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 4777sx, players are encouraged to first contact the 4777sx support team via live chat, providing full details of the matter. 4777sx targets resolution of all player complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, players may escalate the matter through the relevant dispute resolution channel applicable to the platform's operating licence.
